State Board of Education, et al; Case No. 34-2008000021188 (Complaint filed September 4, 2008, to determine validity of action of the California State Board of Education taken on July 9, 2008, relating to the Algebra I end-of-course examination, and for declaratory and injunctive relief.) No other business will be considered at this meeting.
