• General Session (10 – 10:45 a.m. +)

Panel Deliberations – Designated Rooms (+ 11 a.m. – 4:15 p.m. +)

• Panels meet in assigned rooms
• Set/post daily schedule
• Initial tally/discussion of the units’ alignment to the evaluation criteria
• Begin in-depth panel discussion units’ alignment to the evaluation criteria
• Working lunch
• Panels may begin drafting Instructional Materials Reviewer (IMR)/Content Review Expert (CRE) Report of Findings and verifying citations/revisions
• Public comment in each panel room (to be determined)

• Continue in-depth panel discussion of the units’ alignment to the evaluation criteria
