  • General Session (10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.)

Panel Deliberations – Designated Rooms (11:00 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.)

  • Panels meet in assigned rooms
  • Set/post daily schedule
  • Initial tally/discussion of the units’ alignment to the evaluation criteria
  • Begin in-depth panel discussion units’ alignment to the evaluation criteria
  • Working lunch
  • Panels may begin drafting Instructional Materials Reviewer (IMR)/Content Review Expert (CRE) Report of Findings and verifying citations/revisions
  • Public comment in each panel room (to be determined)
