Chair Levine called the Visual and Performing Arts SMC meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. and explained that the purpose of the meeting was to review the deliberations agenda and the General Session presentation for the 2006 Visual and Performing Arts Primary Adoption. Chair Levine noted that the group did not have a quorum, and that the SMC would not be taking any Commission action.
Each Commissioner received the Draft Power Point for the General Session and a draft of the Deliberations Annotated Agenda. Ken McDonald walked the committee through these documents, and noted suggestions for minor changes to the drafts.
There was no public comment.
