Chair Wagoner called the Physical Education Subject Matter Committee (SMC) to order with a roll call of participants and confirmed that a public meeting notice was posted at each conference call location.
The Physical Education SMC reviewed and discussed a draft agenda for the September 20-21, 2006, Physical Education Framework and Criteria Committee (CFCC), a proposed draft work plan for the CFCC, a proposed draft table of contents for the Physical Education Framework, and a grade-level sample of materials to be distributed to the CFCC. No action was taken.
Members of the SMC selected CFCC meetings to attend as follows:
October: Commissioner Munger
December: Commissioner Wooldridge
January: Commissioners Ornelas and Wagoner
