Public access was available through ten sites throughout the state.

Chair Maravilla reported on the work-to-date on the framework and the adoption criteria and outlined the process for updating the framework and revising the adoption criteria. She then called on members of each Work Group to report on their problem statements and recommendations. The Work Groups reported as follows:

  • Oral Reading Fluency:  Norma Baker and Deborah Keys
  • Writing: Wendy Levine
