The listing of the newly adopted Reading/Language Arts—English-Language Development materials has been posted to the Price Lists Of Adopted Instructional Materials [http://www3.cde.ca.gov/impricelist/implsearch.asp] Web site.
2008 State Board Adopted.
Publishers are required to post free instructional materials on a web site easily accessible by the public. The free instructional materials list of Web sites are posted below. For questions about a free instructional materials Web site, please contact the publisher.
Note: Instructional Materials Funding Realignment Program [http://www.cde.ca.gov/ci/cr/cf/imfrpintro.asp] (IMFRP) funds can be used to purchase items on this list. Items placed upon this list shall remain State Board adopted, and available for ordering purposes, from the date of the adoption of the item until the State Board of Education (SBE) adopts a new list for this subject area. Note: Assembly Bill X4 2 (Chapter 2, Statutes of 2009-10 Fourth Extraordinary Session) signed on July 28, 2009, suspended the process and procedures for adopting instructional materials, including framework revisions, until the 2013-14 school year. Senate Bill 70 (Chapter 7 of the Statutes of 2011) extended that suspension until the 2015-16 school year.
For information regarding ordering by California school districts and schools, please contact the companies listed below. Orders are submitted directly to the publisher. Prices are in effect from November 5, 2008 through June 30, 2010. Shipping/freight charges are included in the price. Sales tax is not included. The current sales tax must be added to the total amount of the order.
