Sign-In; Brief Pre-Meeting of CDE and COE staff

10–10:45 a.m.

General Session

  • Recap of reimbursement rules and procedures (COE staff)
  • Recap of deliberations process, report template
10:45 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

Panel Deliberations

  • Preliminary discussion of the supplemental instructional materials, by submission
  • Panel polled for initial findings
12:30–1:30 p.m. Lunch
1:30–4:30 p.m.

Deliberations continue

  • In-depth discussion of panel findings

Day 2: April 19, 2013

Time Description
9 a.m.–Noon

Deliberations continue

  • Draft report of findings
  • Verify citations
  • List edits and corrections
Noon–1 p.m. Lunch
1–4 p.m. Finish reports of findings; panel certifies report

NOTE: All reports must be submitted for final approval no later than 4 p.m. on the second day of deliberations.

All start and end times, other than the start of the general session, are approximate. Each panel will post its own schedule on the door of the meeting room at the start of each day of deliberations. Public comment will be held at least twice each day of deliberations at the call of the panel facilitator. Members of the public that wish to speak should notify the facilitator prior to the start of the day’s session, or during a break in the meeting. All deliberations meetings are open to the public.
