All start and end times, other than the start of the general session, are approximate.  Each panel will post its own schedule on the door of the meeting room at the start of each day of deliberations. Public Comment will be held at least twice each day of deliberations at the call of the panel facilitator. Members of the public that wish to speak should notify the facilitator prior to the start of the day’s session, or during a break in the meeting. All deliberations meetings are open to the public.
