Errata to the 2007 Mathematics Primary Adoption
Invitation to Submit

The 2007 Mathematics Primary Adoption Invitation to Submit (ITS) document is hereby revised to reflect that the State Board of Education (SBE) policy regarding textbook weight standards, adopted pursuant to Education Code section 49415, shall remain as non-mandatory guidance until such time as the SBE adopts regulations in accordance with the requirements of the Administrative Procedure Act. The following section of the ITS is deleted:
Paragraph 5 on pages 38-39, titled: “Textbook Weight Standards.”
