Dear Publishers of Mathematics Instructional Materials for Kindergarten Through Grade Eight:

2007 MATHEMATICS PRIMARY ADOPTION
ORGANIZATION OF ERRATA SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW
(PUBLISHER BULLETIN 2007-17)

We recently received tables of publisher errata for several programs submitted for this adoption. To facilitate our review of the information, we will need publishers to further organize and then resubmit their errata tables.

Please organize the errata tables for your program by the following three types of information:

  1. Editorial corrections (e.g., punctuation, grammar, typos/spelling, and incorrect page reference).
  2. Content changes (e.g., word or sentence changes, formula or equation corrections, modifications to graphics, and changes to definitions).
  3. Language translations (any corrections to translations in other languages will be handled following the adoption as part of an alternate format).

At the top of each page, indicate the type of errata (e.g., Type 1, Type 2, or Type 3) and also place the errata tables in tabbed binders.

We need you to resubmit six copies of your organized errata tables in time for the upcoming Mathematics Subject Matter Committee (SMC) meeting on September 14, 2007.

You can choose to resubmit your organized errata tables by either:

  • Mailing six copies for delivery in advance of the September 14, 2007 meeting (see address on the next page), or
  • Bringing six copies with you to the Mathematics SMC meeting on September 14, 2007.

In addition, please e-mail electronic files of your organized errata tables to math@cde.ca.gov.

If you decide to mail the six copies, address them to:
