Dear Publishers of Mathematics Instructional Materials for Kindergarten Through Grade Eight:
Publishers and producers of instructional materials in mathematics are invited to attend a meeting on January 9, 2007, to review the requirements to participate in the 2007 Mathematics Primary Adoption of Instructional Materials for California, kindergarten through grade eight.

The Publishers Invitation to Submit: 2007 Mathematics Primary Adoption (ITS) document will be distributed at this meeting. We will also be reviewing instructions for the submission CD-ROM. A tentative agenda for the meeting is enclosed.
Please fill out and return the attached form (DOC; 34KB; 1p.) by December 22, 2006, indicating the number of people who will be attending. If you are unable to attend the meeting and would like to receive a copy of the ITS and the submission CD-ROM, you may request a copy of these items by using the same form.
The ITS will also be available on the California Department of Education (CDE) Web site at Instructional Materials on or after January 9, 2007. For your information, we have enclosed the Schedule of Significant Events for the Mathematics Primary Adoption.
