March 25, 2008
Dear Publishers of Mathematics Instructional Materials for Kindergarten Through Grade Eight:
This bulletin includes information regarding when and where to ship adopted program materials for the verification review of final print editions. Previous bulletins (Publisher Bulletins 2007-23 and 2008-25) explained this final step in the adoption process and informed publishers that the exact date and location would be available at a later time.
Ship all review materials no later than Thursday, May 1, 2008, to the review location at the following address:
California Department of Education Warehouse
Attn: 2007 Math Adoption Verification Review
3740 Seaport Blvd, # 20
West Sacramento, CA 95691
As a reminder, publishers will need to submit one set of the final print version of any program components, with changes, to the review location. Please DO NOT SEND components that do not include changes. Publishers will be requested to pick-up and remove any materials sent that do not include changes to be reviewed.
Publisher Bulletins 2007-23 and 2008-25 included a detailed list of items to include when you ship your review materials and specific instructions on how to highlight the changes. Please refer to those instructions before you ship your review materials.
As a reminder, the following list summarizes some of the information contained in the two previous bulletins:
