All meetings are open to the public.
Meetings will be held in Sacramento. Unless otherwise noted, meetings will begin at 10:00 a.m. on the first day and at 9:00 a.m. on the second day. Meetings will end by 5:00 p.m. on the first day and no later than 4:00 p.m. on the second day.

*1500 Capitol Avenue is located at the corner of 15th Street and Capitol Avenue. Capitol Avenue is the same as M Street and Capitol Mall and is located one block north of N Street.
