Focus Groups meet to solicit public input on the framework update that will be forwarded to the Curriculum Commission and SBE. Meetings will be held at various County Offices of Education throughout the State. Specific dates to be determined:

Curriculum Commission action on CFCC applications (recommendations to be forwarded to SBE for appointment). Commission also reviews scholarly input, Focus Group input on the framework and statutory requirements and recommendations. |

March 11-12, 2009 |
CFCC meets approximately every four weeks, for a total of five meetings to draft framework. Contracted framework writer to attend CFCC meetings and develop first drafts.
