Directions

Driving and Parking Downtown

• From I-5: Take I-5 towards Sacramento. Take the Q Street Exit. Stay on Q St. until you get to 10th, 11th, 13th, 15th, or 16th St. depending on the parking garage location (see below).
• From Hwy 99: Take Hwy 99 towards Sacramento. Take Hwy 50 West. Take the 16th Street Exit. Stay on 16th Street (it curves to the right) until you get to R St., P St., or K St. depending on the parking garage location (see below).
• From Hwy 50/I-80 West: Take Hwy 50/I-80 East. Then get on I-5 North. Take the Q Street Exit. Stay on Q St. until you get to 10th, 11th, 13th, 15th, or 16th St. depending on the parking garage location (see below).
• From Hwy 50 East: Take Hwy 50 West. Take the 16th Street Exit. Stay on 16th Street (it curves to the right) until you get to R St., P St., or K St. depending on the parking garage location (see below).

Parking Garage Prices and Locations:

• $8/day (before 9am), $3/hr, $13 maximum – corner of K & 15th St.

• $8/day (before 9am), $3.00/hr, $13 maximum – 1515 K Street (K & 15th).

  From Q St. turn Right on 15th St. Turn Left on R St.
  From 16th St. turn Left on R St.
• $3.75/hr, $20 maximum – 13th & P, 11th & P, and 10th & P.
  From Q St. turn Left on 10th, 11th, or 13th St. Go North to P St.
  From 16th St. turn Left on P St. Turn Right on 10th, 11th, or 13th St.
• Street/metered parking is available, but limited. ($4-$6/day)

Light Rail Directions

General Information:

• One-way passes cost $2.00
• The train runs every 15 minutes
• Parking is free in the Light Rail parking lots
• Light Rail or bus maps and schedules can be found on the regional transit Web site at www.sacrt.com (Outside Source)

Getting to Light Rail Stations:

• From the South, East, or West: You will want to park and ride at the "Power Inn" Station and catch the Light Rail train headed West (towards downtown). You will get off at the 16th Street Station (stops between Q & R and 15th & 16th streets). Walk North on 15th street to N Street.
• From the North: You will want to park and ride at the "Marconi/Arcade" Station and catch the Light Rail train headed towards downtown. You will get off at the "Archives Plaza" Station (stops between 10th & 11th Streets on O St.). Walk East on O St. to 15th St. then turn Left and walk North to N Street.

Getting to the Power Inn Station:

• From the South: Take I-5 or Hwy 99 North to Hwy 50 East. Take the Howe Avenue/Power Inn Exit. Turn Right onto Power Inn Rd. Turn Left at the second stoplight (just passed Folsom Blvd). This will take you into the Light Rail Parking lot.
• From the East: Take Hwy 50 West. Take the Howe Avenue/Power Inn Exit. Turn Left onto Power Inn Rd. Turn Left at the second stoplight (just passed Folsom Blvd). This will take you into the Light Rail Parking lot.
• From the West: Hwy 50 East. Take the Howe Avenue/Power Inn Exit. Turn Right onto Power Inn Rd. Turn Left at the second stoplight (just passed Folsom Blvd). This will take you into the Light Rail Parking lot.

Getting to the Marconi/Arcade Station:

• From the North East: Take Interstate 80 South/West to Business 80 towards downtown Sacramento. Take the Marconi Ave. exit. Turn Right on Marconi Ave. Follow the signs for the Light Rail Station, it will be on the Left.
