To use a file: (1) click and download; (2) from Windows Explorer, double click on the file name; (3) to view the file, open the uncompressed file (.dbf) in a database or spreadsheet program. ** For 2001-02 and 2002-03, PAIF data are collected in such a way that does not allow staff data to be linked to some of the assignment data. Consequently, the "ASSIGNnn" file format was not used for these years.
