Files are in a database/spreadsheet format (.dbf) and files with an ".exe" extension are compressed into self-extracting files. Files with a ".txt" extension are tab delimited text files. To use a file: (1) click and download; (2) from Windows Explorer, double click on the file name; (3) to view the file, open the uncompressed file (.dbf) in a database or spreadsheet program.
