Field Name
Description
CD_CODE
 This 7-digit code is the official, unique identification of a county office of education or district within California. The first two digits identify the county and the next five digits identify the district.
SEX

This field is a coded field identifying gender. The gender is coded as follows:

  • M = Male
  • F = Female
ETHNICITY

This is a coded field for ethnic designation. The ethnic designations are coded as follows:

  • Code 1 = American Indian or Alaska Native
  • Code 2 = Asian
  • Code 3 = Filipino
  • Code 4 = Hispanic or Latino
  • Code 5 = African American, not Hispanic (formerly known as Black, not Hispanic)
  • Code 6 = White, not Hispanic

 Number of part-time office/clerical staff assigned to the district office or county office of education.
SFT_OTH
 Number of full-time "other" staff assigned to the district office or county office of education.
SPT_OTH
 Number of part-time "other" staff assigned to the district office or county office of education.
