2013-14 CACFP Center Sites

Provides parents and referral agencies with a list of locations that provide free or low cost, nutritious meals through their participation in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).

The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) provides federal funding to participating child care and adult day care centers, allowing the centers to serve nutritious meals to enrolled participants. Visitors may select any county on the map to reveal a list of CACFP centers near them. The list includes contact names and telephone numbers where families may get more information.

Select a county to display a list of sponsors for that county, or choose from the list of counties in alphabetical order.
