List of district reorganizations and territory transfers for the 2003-04 school year.
District Reorganization and Territory Transfers
Effective July 1, 2003
Reorganization:

For Fiscal Year 2003-04, there is no district reorganization to report

Territory Transfer:

No prior year adjustments to enrollment or average daily attendance are necessary as a result of the following territory transfers.

Orange County: Transfer of school territory from Orange Unified School District to Tustin Unified School District.

Sacramento and Placer Counties: Transfer of school territory from Center Unified School District in Sacramento County to Roseville Joint Union High and Dry Creek Joint Elementary Schools Districts in Placer County.

Santa Cruz County: Transfer to school territory from San Lorenzo Valley Unified School Districts to Scotts Valley Unified School District.

Yuba County: Transfer of school territory from Marysville Unified School District to Plumas Elementary and Wheatland Union High School Districts.
