*Scheduled maintenance for CALPADS releases will occur periodically throughout the year to deploy software enhancements and fixes. Scheduled outages will be kept to the minimum duration possible. The timing and duration of planned maintenance outages will be announced in a Flash or listserv message at least a week prior to the outage so that LEAs may plan ahead.

**The CALPADS nightly processes generally do NOT run on Friday and Saturday nights. Therefore, the Operational Data Store (ODS) backup database, Snapshot database, and Anomalies available on Monday morning will reflect data as of Sunday night, which includes any work conducted over the weekend. Note that special Friday night processes are generally scheduled for the Friday night before a certification deadline to provide LEAs with one more set of reports before the deadline; such Friday night processes will be announced via a Flash or listserv message.
