Subject: CALPADS Update FLASH #58
The EOY 1–4 certification deadline has been moved to August 29, 2012. The close of the amendment window remains September 12, 2012.
Due to a defect that will not be resolved until late in the collection window, schools serving students in grades K–8 will not be required to submit course completion data for students in 7th and 8th grade departmentalized courses for the 2011–12 EOY 1 collection. No snapshot will be generated for these schools and districts do not have to certify EOY 1 data for these schools.
