Susan Lange is the Deputy Superintendent of the CDE's Finance, Technology, and Administration Branch. She has a master's degree in public administration and a bachelor's degree in political science. She has worked for four State Superintendents of Public Instruction (SSPIs) at the CDE since 1983. Lange also worked for a state assembly member and in various capacities with the California Conversation Corps and the Department of Forestry. Lange was also a Peace Corps volunteer in Turkey.
