Building on the success of the groundbreaking 2011 report A Blueprint for Great Schools, State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Torlakson asked a special team of education leaders and experts this year to put together a road map to California's future. The result is A Blueprint for Great Schools Version 2.0 (PDF; 3MB; Modified 27-Jul-2015). The action plan details the steps to take in coming years to enhance learning in 21st century and provide all children a world-class education.
