Data Collection Purpose
The purpose of this data collection is to calculate the total allocation amount available to the LEA for Title II Part A Teacher & Principal Training & Recruiting, and to report required reservations.
Guidance
Charges by the district may include indirect costs and any repayment of funds.

| 2 | Enter the Repayment of Funds to be repaid from the LEA in response to a fiscal audit, a CPM, or a complaint investigation. Also, provide an explanation of why repayment dollars were added back to the allocation. |
The amount must equal the determination made from the foregoing processes. The Repayment Comment must be greater than or equal to five characters, but not more than 500 characters. |
| 3 | Enter the Administrative and Indirect Costs. | The ICR for federal programs is a rate previously approved by the CDE through the use of Form ICR. Final approved rates are posted on the CDE ICR Web page. |

| The total budgeted Section 2141 reservation amount must be greater than zero. | If LEA is on Section 2141 source data list, then total Section 2141 reservation amount must be greater than zero. A value must be entered in at least one field. |
| The total budgeted Section 2141 reservation amount cannot exceed the Adjusted Allocation Amount. | If LEA is on Section 2141 source data list, then total reservation amount cannot be greater than Title II entitlement + prior year carryover amount - indirect and administrative cost amount. |
| Federal Transferability must be certified before this submission. | If Federal Transferability exists and is a draft, Federal Transferability must be certified before this data collection. Currently Certification Dependencies do not handle conditional dependencies. |
