Data Collection Purpose
The purpose of this data collection is to collect final TUPE expenditures and encumbrances and to calculate 2009–10 unspent funds.

The 2008–09 Carryover Balance will be supplied by the CARS.
The 2008–09 Unspent Funds will be calculated by the CARS. The CDE will invoice the LEA for the amount of 2008–09 Unspent Funds.Procedures

| 1 | Enter the 2010–11 Expenditures and Encumbrances. | Expenditures reported will be compared with the expenditures reported through SACS. Discrepancies between ConApp and SACS expenditure reporting will need to be explained by the LEA. It is highly recommended that program and fiscal staff confer prior to submitting this information. |
