Memo to Local Educational Agency (LEA) representatives to provide an update on the closing process of the Free and Reduced Price Meal Report.

2011-12 Free and Reduced Price Meal Report

The 2011-12 Free and Reduced Price Meal Report was due Friday, August 3. The data collection is scheduled to close on Friday, August 10. The data collection close date cannot be extended. If the data collection is not certified by Friday, August 10, all draft data will be deleted from the database.

The Consolidated Application (ConApp) Support Desk will not accept requests to reopen the data collection after the close occurs. The second collection period for the Free and Reduced Price Meal data is targeted for early October after the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System Fall 2011 correction window closes.

Data Entry Instructions
The Data Entry Instructions links for the 2012-13 Spring Phase I data collections have been updated and now display the appropriate fiscal year instructions.
