Data Collection Purpose
To report the academic performance of long term students served with Title I, Part D funds. This data collection will only be available for LEAs that participate in Title I, Part D.
Guidance
Long term students are those who have been enrolled in a program for more than 90 consecutive calendar days. Multiple admissions cannot be added together.

At Risk Programs

1  Report the total number of LongTerm (LT) AtRisk students served.  Enter the number of LT students enrolled in AtRisk programs. 
2  Report the number of LT students who completed reading pre and posttest exams.  The number of LT students who have completed pre and posttest exams must be a number less than or equal to the number of LT students. 
3  Report the number of LT students who tested below grade level upon entry in reading.  The number of AtRisk programs LT students who have tested below grade level upon entry must be a number less than or equal to the total number of AtRisk LT students. 
4  Report the number of LT students with negative grade level change from the pre to posttest exams in reading.  Enter the number of LT students in AtRisk programs, as applicable.
