Consolidated Application, Spring Release program instructions for the 2012-13 Title I, Part D, Outcomes.
Data Collection Purpose

To report the academic and vocational outcomes of students served with Title I, Part D funds. This data collection will only be available for LEAs that participate in Title I, Part D.

At-Risk Programs

The At-Risk Programs Total Students Served will be calculated and displayed by the CARS.

Procedures
Step Action Program Instructions

Report the number of students who earned high school course credit while in the At-Risk program.

Error Message: The number of students who earned high school course credits must be equal to or less than the total number of students participating in the program.

Resolution: The number of students who earned high school course credits cannot be greater than the total number of students participating in the program.

2 Report the total number of students who enrolled in a GED program while in the At-Risk program. Error Message: The number of students who enrolled in a GED must be equal to or less than the total number of students participating in the program.

Resolution: The number of students who enrolled in a GED cannot be greater than the total number of students participating in the program.

3 Report the number of students who enrolled in their local district school while in the At-Risk program, or within 30 days after exit. Error Message: The number of students who enrolled in their local district school must be equal to or less than the total number of students participating in the program.

Resolution: The number of students who enrolled in their local district school cannot be greater than the total number of students participating in the program.

4 Report the total number of students who earned a GED program while in the At-Risk program. Error Message: The number of students who earned a GED must be equal to or less than the total number of students participating in the program.

Resolution: The number of students who earned a GED cannot be greater than the total number of students participating in the program.

5 Report the number of students who obtained a high school diploma while in the At-Risk program, or within 30 days after exit. Error Message: The number of students who obtained a high school diploma must be equal to or less than the total number of students participating in the program.

Resolution: The number of students who obtained a high school diploma cannot be greater than the total number of students participating in the program.

6 Report the number of students who were accepted or enrolled into postsecondary education while in the At-Risk program, or within 30 days after exit. Error Message: The number of students who were accepted or enrolled into postsecondary education must be equal to or less than the total number of students participating in the program.

Resolution: The number of students who were accepted or enrolled into postsecondary education cannot be greater than the total number of students participating in the program.

7 Report the number of students who enrolled in job training courses/programs while in the At-Risk program, or within 30 days after exit. Error Message: The number of students who enrolled in external job training education must be equal to or less than the total number of students participating in the program.

Resolution: The number of students who enrolled in external job training education cannot be greater than the total number of students participating in the program.

8 Report the number of students who obtained employment while in the At-Risk program, or within 30 days after exit. Error Message: The number of students who obtained employment must be equal to or less than the total number of students participating in the program.

Resolution: The number of students who obtained employment cannot be greater than the total number of students participating in the program.

9 Enter a General Comment, if necessary. A comment is allowed if necessary for explanation purposes.

Neglected Programs
