In previous years, the Consolidated Application Data System (CADS) has been used by LEAs to submit the ConApp. This system is now only available to LEAs that need to submit a revision to a ConApp for 2010-11 and previous years. Revisions to 2011-12 should be made through the Consolidated Application and Reporting System (CARS).
In 2012, the CDE developed theWeb-based CARS, and the CADS was phased out.
