Note: This 20 Day report is only to be completed by new charter schools that commence instruction from 7/1/2008 to 9/30/2008 and continuing charter schools that are expanding to add one or more grade levels in 2008-09. Continuing charter schools are not to use this 20 Day data collection to report an increase in the number of classes or students in existing grade levels. That type of change is reported in the regular principal apportionment data submissions.

Once the 20 Day report has been submitted, you will be unable to re-enter the survey except to print the certification form.
