The Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) (AB 97) was approved by the Governor on July 1, 2013. At this time the calendar only reflects due dates for prior year data. The California Department of Education is currently reviewing the legislation and will issue a revised Calendar of Key Deadlines in the future to include current year data submission deadlines.
Note: All data are submitted to the California Department of Education (CDE) through the COE.

Corrections to be applied at the 2013-14 First Principal (P-1) Apportionment

Note: Corrections for years prior to 2012-13 must be supported by an auditor letter of concurrence. Additionally, CDE's authority to spend funds appropriated in the budget act expires after three years. Thus, any increases to claims for programs funded through budget acts prior to the Budget Act of 2011 (fiscal year 2011-12) may not be funded.
