| Allocation Formula | Funding for this program for fiscal years 2009-10 through 2012-13 will be based on the same relative proportion of funding that the LEAs received in fiscal year 2008-09. For 2009-10, each LEA will receive approximately 5.57 percent less than what is received in 2008-09. For fiscal year 2008-09, balances for over 50 programs that were unallocated, unexpended, or not liquidated as of June 30, 2009, reverted, and an equivalent amount was appropriated for allocation for fiscal year 2009-10. These funds will be released as 2009-10 funding and may be used to reimburse 2008-09 expenditures. Of the amount shown as available for this program, $5,067,793 is associated with the 2008-09 reversion and $23,926,000 is from the 2009-10 appropriation. |
