Adult Education Assessment and Accountability Contract

The California Department of Education (CDE) requests proposals for a two-year assessment and accountability contract for adult education. The contractor will provide assessment tools for local adult schools and provide accountability via student data collection, performance based outcomes, and federal reporting that supports high performing literacy and basic skills programs, as defined by the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), Title II Adult Education and Family Literacy Act.

Required Eligibility Criteria	Applicant agencies must have prior experience in conducting large-scale projects of a similar nature and scope. Applicant must have staff members with specific experience in the following areas, adult education, assessment, accountability and research analysis. Staffing requirements and eligibility criteria are specified in the RFP.
