Title II, Part D, Enhancing Education Through Technology Competitive Grant

The primary goal of these Enhancing Education Through Technology Competitive (EETT C) grants is to use technology to collect, manage, and analyze data to inform and enhance teaching and school improvement efforts, specifically to improve college and career readiness and/or to improve an LEAs high school graduation rate.

Eligibility

Eligible Applicants	Local educational agencies
Required Eligibility Criteria	Eligibility is restricted to local educational agencies (LEAs), i.e. county offices of education (COEs), districts (or a consortium of districts), and direct-funded charter schools, that serve grades seven through twelve. LEAs must meet the eligibility criteria found in the ARRA EETT C RFA Guidelines.
Other Eligibility Considerations	To be considered for funding, applicants (1) must have a state-approved district technology plan that aligns with California State Board of Education-adopted guidelines and the EETT criteria and (2) and must meet ARRA EETT C Grant eligibility requirements as specified in the RFA Guidelines.
