California Preschool Instructional Network (CPIN) Grant

The California Preschool Instructional Network (CPIN) provides consistent and high-quality professional development, technical assistance, and support to California’s preschool program administrators and teachers. Network activities improve the quality of preschool programs for all children, including children with disabilities and those who are learning English, to further the Department’s mission of closing the achievement gap and promoting school readiness. Grants are allocated to each of the eleven (11) regions of the California county Superintendents Education Services Association (CCSEA).
