These funds will be used for the purpose of providing critical projects for the following facilities: California School for the Blind; California School for the Deaf, Fremont; the California School for the Deaf, Riverside; Diagnostic Center Northern California; Diagnostic Center Central California; and Diagnostic Center Southern California.Eligibility
