High School Equivalency Test RFI

Funding Description

The California Department of Education (CDE) issues this RFI for the purpose of soliciting information from potential vendors of existing high school equivalency tests that can determine whether persons who take the test meet the standard of performance expected of high school graduates in the State of California. The CDE will require specific information about the format, content, and future improvement of the proposed high school equivalency test, including whether the test is available in a paper-based format, a computer-based format, or both.

Required Eligibility Criteria The successful contractor must demonstrate experience in administering large scale assessments by paper and/or computer, training test administration staff, maintaining records and disseminating and scoring a high volume of tests in a timely and secure manner. The successful bidder must have a minimum of three years of experience providing services for statewide or national testing programs such as assessments for accountability purposes, high school equivalency tests and/or college entrance exams.
