Funding Description
The California Migrant Education Family Biliteracy Program (MEFBP) is a statewide school-based family biliteracy education model. It promotes biliteracy by building upon the linguistic assets migrant families possess to model literacy strategies that families may replicate at home in the absence of a teacher and providing high quality instruction for children ages three to five.Eligibility
