California English Language Development Test

The California Department of Education (CDE) will be making substantive changes in the scope of work for the 2005-2008 Request for Proposals (RFP) for the California English Language Development Test (CELDT); therefore, CDE has decided to withdraw the CELDT RFP. CDE will be reissuing the RFP within the next six months. None of the proposals submitted in response to the RFP were evaluated.
