Statewide Testing Programs Technical Advisory Groups

Funding will be provided to the successful bidder for the administration of technical advisory groups in order to give the California Department of Education independent technical advice regarding the development, operation, and reporting of California’s statewide testing programs: Standardized Testing and Reporting (STAR), California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE), and the California English Language Development Test (CELDT).

Eligible Applicants	Institutions of higher education, local educational agencies, nonprofit organizations, other organizations or agencies
Required Eligibility Criteria	Bidder’s must have at least 36 months' experience in administering meetings of technical experts.
