CTAP/SETS Evaluation

This request for proposals (RFP) is for evaluation services to conduct annual statewide analyses and reports on the implementation and impact of the California Technology Assistance Project (CTAP) and the Statewide Education Technology Services (SETS) for 2005-06, 2006-07, and 2007-08.

Eligibility

Eligible Applicants	Individuals, institutions of higher education, local educational agencies, nonprofit organizations, other organizations or agencies
Required Eligibility Criteria	Applicants must be legally constituted and qualified to do business within the State of California (registered with the Secretary of State). Applicants must have extensive experience in conducting educational program evaluation, including the evaluation of educational technology support programs and Web-based support programs. Prior experience in conducting evaluations and reporting results of both the CTAP and SETS programs is required.
