California Public Charter Schools Grant Program
Mandatory Statement of Intent to Submit an Application
- This form must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 15, 2006, for eligibility to compete for a grant award.
- Submitting this form does not create a requirement to submit an application.
- Charter developers planning to develop and implement schools based on an existing successful charter school in California (Replicable model -- see Appendix A) may choose to submit one application for up to three proposed schools but must submit a separate Statement of Intent for each proposed school.
- In order to ensure that a grant application is scored, the application must contain the same charter school name as recorded on this Statement of Intent.
