The federal Public Charter School Dissemination Grant Program (PCSGP) is administered by the Charter Schools Division. Grants are reviewed by peer evaluators and awarded on a competitive basis to charter schools that will disseminate best practices likely to significantly improve academic achievement and reduce achievement gaps in California's K-12 public education system.
