Revisions: California Department of Education staff may contact the funded grant applicants to request any changes, including budget changes, needed to complete the execution of the grant agreement(s). These revisions must be received and approved before the grant will be processed for funding.

Executed Agreement: A copy of the approved grant agreement with the State Superintendent of Public Instruction's signature will be mailed to the district. The period of performance (expenditure) for this grant is January 3, 2005, through September 30, 2006.

For audit purposes, districts must retain a copy of their grant application, the 2004-05 CaMSP Request for Application, and the Grant Award for five years. Collectively, these documents constitute the legally binding agreement to perform the work specified.

Action/Date Requested of New Grant Awardees: Please provide a copy of this Web page to your Lead LEA Contact, the Principal Investigator, the Co-Principal Investigator, and the grant Project Director.
