Executive Summary
The Provisional Apportionment, in the amount of $374,184,000, for the Kindergarten and Grades One Through Three Class Size Reduction Program for fiscal year 2011–12 will be certified on February 24, 2012. Pursuant to Section 58 of Senate Bill 70 (Chapter 7, Statutes of 2011), the attached report was prepared for submission to the Legislature. It shows the data that were used to calculate the amount that will be certified.
