Funds are used by the Fiscal Crisis and Management Assistance Team (FCMAT) to reimburse county offices of education for the extraordinary costs of audits, examinations, and reviews of district budgets in cases where fraud or illegal fiscal practices require county office review for fiscal year 2009-10.
