FCMAT: School District Training and Site-Based Budgeting

Funds are used by the Fiscal Crisis and Management Assistance Team (FCMAT) to provide training to increase school district and school-level capacity to implement and manage site-based budgeting and decision-making governance structures for fiscal year 2012–13.
