Through this Request for Proposals (RFP) the California Department of Education (CDE) is seeking proposals from eligible bidders to conduct an evaluation study of the California's Statewide System of School Support (S4), as mandated by the 2007-08 Budget Act. The S4 provides technical assistance and support to LEAs with Title I schools in accordance with NCLB priorities.
